    Dr. Diksha Mittal is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow, specializing in the fields of Communication Studies, Gender Studies, and Professional Writing. With a robust academic background and extensive teaching experience, Dr. Mittal brings a dynamic and interdisciplinary approach to her work, integrating critical thinking, intercultural communication, and the principles of diversity and inclusion into her research and pedagogy.

    Her research interests explore the intersections of gender, media, and communication, particularly within the context of higher education and leadership development.

    In her current role, Dr. Mittal is passionate about teaching courses in Professional Communication and Writing, Public Speaking, and Social Media Networking. She is also dedicated to student advisement and mentorship, helping students navigate their academic and career paths while fostering critical inquiry and self-reflection.

    With a Ph.D. from Southern Illinois University, USA, in Mass Communication & Media Arts, and an 18-Credit Certificate in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, Dr. Mittal combines her scholarly expertise with a practical understanding of the complexities of modern communication and leadership. Her commitment to academic excellence and student success is reflected in her approach to both teaching and research, where she continuously strives to contribute to knowledge, promote diversity, and inspire future leaders in the fields of communication, media, and gender studies.
